GENERAL DESCRIPTION: EP1150 is a two-component, urethane
elastomer (rubber) suitable for making molds for concrete and plaster
casting. It has also been used to make
rubber parts such as gaskets and squeegees.
EP1150 provides the following outstanding features:
(1) Extremely low viscosity
(2) Convenient volumetric mix ratio
(3) Rapid set time for high productivity
(4) No odor
(5) Excellent reproduction of even the
finest detail
(6) Pleasing translucent waxy color (can be pigmented or dyed)
(7) Tough, tear-resistant character
Recommended mix ratio is 50 parts of A
with 50 parts of B by volume or weight. This provides a 6 minute pot life, and
a 16 hour demold time. Pot life and demold time will vary depending on
temperature and casting thickness. Full cure is 24 hours.

Warning: Uncured product may cause respiratory or
skin irritation with possible sensitization. Use only with adequate
ventilation. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In
case of eye contact, flood with water and call a physician. Use of gloves and
face shield is recommended. This
product should not be used near food or where prolonged skin contact may occur.
