GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
EP 8033 is a two-component casting urethane primarily formulated for the
manufacture of non-structural or decorative items. EP 8033 provides the
following outstanding features:
(1) Extremely low viscosity (Water-thin)
(2) Convenient 1:1 mix ratio by volume
(3) Rapid set time for high productivity
(4) Odorless cure
(5) Excellent reproduction of even the
finest detail
(6) Pleasing
light-cream color
(7) Can be painted, stained and finished
(8) Tough, break-resistant character
Recommended mix ratio is 50 parts of A
with 50 parts of B, by volume. This provides a 3 minute pot life, and a 10
to 20 minute cure time. Pot life and cure time will vary depending on
temperature, humidity and casting thickness. Urethanes are extremely water
sensitive: The slightest moisture that comes into contact with either part A,
part B or the curing mixture could may cause incomplete curing and/or foaming.
Take the necessary precautions (close the caps on containers tightly; do not
blow on curing resin; make sure mold is dry prior to casting).

Warning: Uncured product may cause respiratory or
skin irritation with possible sensitization. Use only with adequate
ventilation. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In
case of eye contact, flood with water and call a physician. Use of gloves and
face shield is recommended. This
product should not be used near food or where prolonged skin contact may occur.
