Ease Release 500

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Ease Release 500 is a general-purpose release and dry lubricant that contains no silicones or oils. It is effective in releasing most casting and molding systems such as polyurethane elastomers, polyurethane foams, epoxy resins, polyester resins, rubbers, thermoplastic polymers and phenolic resins from aluminum, chrome, epoxy, polyester, rubber and steel molds.

In addition, it is fast-drying, effective over a broad temperature range from 70°F to 400°F, easy to apply, non-staining, non migrating and has outstanding thermal and chemical stability. Ease Release 500 leaves a matte surface finish on molded parts.

Ease Release 500 is an excellent choice if you intend on painting the cast parts. Because it is a dry release, the demolded cast part can be easily wiped-off with a rag prior to painting - so you don't have to waste time washing in soap and water.
