Ground Fiberglass Powder
(Fiberglass Flock)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Fiberglass flock is a finely-ground E-glass powder (1/32" milled glass) with many applications. It is mainly used to impart strength in polyester resin systems. Because it is actually ground glass, it not only thickens the liquid system, but it also adds strength. Great for creating a paste to fill large voids on fiberglass boats or cars. Can be sanded to give a smooth finish. Will then accept colored polyester finish resins (EP4111) to cover the repair.

Great for filleting, bonding or fastening. Impact, tensile, compressive and flexural can be increased through the addition of fiberglass flock to polyester systems.
