Smooth Cast 300 Casting Resin


Smooth Cast 300 (SC300) is a hard, low-viscosity, quick-setting urethane casting resin that produces bubble-free parts. Depending upon the casting size, parts can be removed in less than 10 minutes. It has a convenient mix ratio and is naturally colored white. It is readily paintable.

Mix Ratio: 1:1 by Volume
Natural Color: White
Pot Life: 2 minutes
Cure Time: 7-10 minutes
Mixed Viscosity: 100 cps
Cured Hardness: 70 D
Tensile Strength: 3000 psi
